Too much fire in your environment:
Problem: Feeling aggression, anger, impatience, impulsive, or overly ambitious behavior, burnout, it could mean that you have too much fire in your environment.
- Feeling these symptoms slightly - add earth
- If they are troublesome - add water
Too little fire in an environment:
Problems: Lack of enthusiasm, motivation, excitement, creativity, warmth, lack of luster, emotional chilliness, cool cucumber - add fire.
Too much earth in your environment:
Problems: feeling overly disciplined, serious, conservative and methodical, it could mean that you have too much Earth in your environment.
- Feeling these symptoms slightly - add metal
- If they are troublesome - add wood
Too little earth in an environment:
Problems: Spacey, ungrounded, disconnection from any/all levels, lack of stability, lack of fertility, baroness of thought, etc. Add more earth.
Too much metal in your environment:
Problems: feeling rigidity, inability to compromise or change course.
- If they are mild - add water
- If they are troublesome - add fire
Too little metal in an environment:
Problems: You may be feeling weak, indecisive, procrastination, dullness, lack of mental clarity, determination, etc. You need to add more metal.
Too much water in your environment:
Problems: Feeling not enough structure, passive, inconsistent, wishy-washy, you may have too much water in your environment.
- If this is mild - add wood
- If it is troublesome - add earth
Too little water in your environment:
Problems: anxiety, fear, inability to handle stress, trembling, need to dominate, lack of flow, lack of connection with spirit, the room feels dry & combustible, overwhelmed with emotion, coldness. You need to add more water.
Too much wood in your environment:
Problems: If you are feeling over expansion or overwhelm, this could be very troublesome, if it is your place of business, that is the reason a lot of new businesses fail.
- If it is mild - add fire
- If it is troublesome - add metal
Too little wood in an environment:
Problems: Staying small, lack of trust, lack of intuition and lack of new growth - You must add wood.
The Creative Cycle:
- Fire Creates Earth (ash)
- Earth Produces Metal (mined from the earth)
- Metal creates Water (while water rusts metal, it will form on the outside of a metal cup holding cold water)
- Water Cultivates Wood (trees need water to grow)
- Wood Feeds Fire
